Personal Training
Whether it's your first time in a fitness center, or you need help re-energizing your workout, working with a personal trainer will give you the boost and the direction to help you see the results you desire. Training sessions can be in 1/2 hour or 1 hour increments and are tailored to fit your fitness needs and exercise goals!
All new members recieve two free personal training sessions!
Be sure to ask about it when you sign up!
Don't forget, if you're not an existing member, you must visit during STAFFED hours. Check the homepage for staffed hours.
